Groundwork offers small group strength training for multi-day hikes. Join a group to build strength, skills and confidence in the gym that will translate to your outdoor adventures.
Groundwork Packages include three months of personalised training culminating in an exciting adventure with your training group. During our three months of training together you will head out on a half day, full day and eventually a two-night hike along with myself and your training group. You can find a group of up to six friends to train and walk with, or be placed in a group and make new friends along the way.
On joining a group you'll receive access to four strength and conditioning classes per week, each one designed to help you build strength and resilience for your hiking adventures. There will also be workshops, bonus walks, outdoor training sessions, access to our vibrant online community and team building opportunities along the way. See the calendar page for more details.
